In Āyurveda
Kharjūra is sweetness with work behind it, fibre, minerals, and the date palm’s patient sugar. For vata it is grounding, for pitta gentle; only kapha needs the moderation. Soaked and warm, it is the tradition’s kindness to a tired evening.
