In the tradition
In the Pushtimarg tradition founded by Vallabhacharya at Nathdwara, Lord Shrinathji is served simple, pure dishes during specific evening bhog darshans. This Seva Khichdi excludes turmeric, red chilies, and asafoetida, relying entirely on the purity of unpolished grain, split mung, native rock salt, clarified cow butter, and whole cracked black pepper.
